We provide our expertise across Civil, Rail and other services to multiple clients like SeymourWhyte, Lend Lease, Delta Group, TfNSW and Sydney Metro.
TUNNELLING
O'Sullivan has extensive experience in the provision of Tunnelling for projects like Sydney Metro and in the Mining sector.
RESIDENTIAL, MIXED USE & HERITAGE RENEWAL
O'Sullivan has extensive experience across a number of different residential, mixed-use and heritage projects across NSW. We provided the shotcrete, piling and anchoring for various buildings such as the transformation of the Petersham RSL and the new 18 storey, 264 room
Ace Hotel in Sydney's cultural melting pot of Surrey Hills.
EDUCATION
Working with Built we created the basement level for the $49m transformation of the historic Newcastle Courthouse to be the new home
for the Tokyo based, Nihon University.
MARINE
We have produced many integrated solutions for a number of marine projects across Sydney's waterways including at the historic Fort Denison
in the middle of Sydney Harbour and the Collaroy Beach seawall on
the northern beaches of Sydney.
